1. Operator

Finansito is operated by Anton Kafedzhiyski.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Finansito ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Finansito is a web application that helps you track expenses, set savings goals, and view AI-generated financial insights.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Finansito does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service is for personal budgeting and awareness only. All insights, suggestions, and summaries are informational only and must not be relied upon as professional advice. For decisions about your finances, investments, or taxes, consult a qualified professional.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI insights are generated automatically based on the data you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate. By using these features you acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are not a substitute for professional financial advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for verifying any information before acting on it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate applicable laws, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorized access to the Service or our systems, transmit malware or spam, abuse our or our providers' infrastructure, or resell or redistribute the Service without permission. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms.

6. Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically (e.g. monthly or annually) until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details up to date.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal (e.g. via the "Manage billing" option in Finansito). After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law (e.g. consumer rights in your jurisdiction).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Finansito is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI insights, expense data, or any content in the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

Finansito and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or branding without permission. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to store and process your data and to generate AI insights).

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change the Service or these terms over time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
